This canyon was actually called “Big Canyon.” It’s near Dog Canyon and Klondike Gap. On the way in and out of the canyon, there actually was a substantial amount of water; a lot of pools and small streams. If you’re interested, I could give you exact locations and everything, definitely worth the trip!

I love Mtn Hideaway, but I’m not much of a climber, camper, hunter or fisherman. I do love to photograph nature, though, and this entry by Jerod helped me think about taking it to a new level. It would be worth it to get out early in the morning where no one else is, to capture a view that others might never experience. I bet MH could point me in the right direction.
